OUR LOCAL COMPETITION
St George Basketball Association runs local competitions all year round for all ages from U10’s to Seniors. Competitions run on weekdays with two seasons – Summer (March – August) and Winter (August – March).

Become a member or renew your SGBA registration
All players need to be registered to compete in St George Basketball competitions. Please do not renew or take out another registration if you already have a current registration with Saints.
Only register if your current registration has already expired and you are about to participate in one of our SAINTS competitions or, are registering for the first time and have been placed into a team and about to start playing.
Secondary / Affiliation Registration: Note if you have a valid annual registration at another Basketball NSW association you only need to pay the Affiliation Fee.

2021-2022 Online Team Nomination Summer Local Competition are OPEN
Due to the delay to our regular season the following 2021-2022 season will be from December to April & you can enter your team in their age group divisions eg. If you are a new team never played competition before, please nominate for the lowest division available being 2 or 3 in your age group if that option is available.Please note the cut-off date for each age group is– Tuesday: U14/16Gs, U18M, U23M 5th April 2022 (eg. you cannot turn 18 or 23 on or before 5th April 2022)– Wednesday: U14Men 6th April 2022 (you cannot turn 14 on or before 6th April 2022)– Thursday: U10s, U12s & U16M 7th April 2022 (you cannot turn 10, 12 or 16 on or before 7th April 2022)
